it with some other Indy games, especially

LucasArts'
Indiana
Jones and the Emperor's Tomb
PC version is now available
for purchase! US residents can find
it at retail stores near them, or
order online now at LucasArts'
Company
Store. Other countries may
expect to find the PC
version of the game on the shelves
soon. It depends from which country
you live in. For example, both the
Xbox and PC
versions of Emperor's Tomb
will hit the shelves in Belgium on
March 28th. The PS2
version will follow somewhere in May.
Don't
expect to find a demo version of Indiana
Jones and the Emperor's Tomb
online this week. LucasArts
doesn't have a time for that demo
going online yet. But Computer
Gaming World will have a
PC playable demo
on their July issue (coming out in
June).

The first 'Emperor's Tomb' PC previews are
online |

Now
that the Xbox version
of Indiana Jones and the Emperor's
Tomb has been released you
may expect to get some PC
version reviews of the games. And
the first 2 PC previews
are already online. Both IGN
and GameSpot
had a look at the upcoming PC
version and share their thoughts with
us while showing some new screenshots
as well. Here follows a part from
GameSpot's
preview concerning the keyboard and
mouse controls:
Fortunately,
the PC version of the game will
use an intuitive first-person shooter
control scheme in which you will
move using the W, A, S, and D keys
and attack using the left and right
mouse buttons. You will be able
to block incoming attacks by pressing
the shift key, which will also automatically
lock onto a specific enemy and let
Indy focus his attacks. As you might
expect from his many motion-picture
adventures, Indy fights like a brawler,
though pressing both mouse buttons
also lets him grab his enemies,
then shove them back against walls
or even toss them off of ledges...
Hit
the links above to read the previews.
