Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull came in second in
the worldwide box office grosses with a total of $786.6 million
dollars.
Indy did not do so bad domestically by finishing third in the US
with $317 million dollars, just a mere 1.3 million behind Iron
Man which had a total pf 318.3 million to finish in second
place.
While we all know that the Hollywood Trinity of Lucas, Ford and
Spielberg are not strapped for cash, but Indyfans hope with box
office gold like this, the folks at Lucasfilm and Paramount might
take Indy out for a fifth adventure... hint - hint!
